How we collect, use and protect the personal data you share with us on this website.
This policy explains how NYC Ventures Pvt. Ltd. ("NYC Ventures", "we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website, nycventures.in. It is written in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Our businesses CUETMOCK, NEETMOCK and JEEMOCK run on their own websites and have their own privacy policies. This policy covers only nycventures.in.
1. What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you type in the form:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- City, organisation name, designation and number of students, if you share them
- The exams you are interested in and your message
We also record your IP address, browser type and the time of submission. We use these only to prevent spam and misuse.
When you browse the site, Google Analytics collects general usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location. This data does not tell us who you are.

- To reply to your enquiry by phone, email or WhatsApp
- To discuss a partnership, a service or a job you have asked about
- To keep the website safe from spam and abuse

We process the details in the enquiry form on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before sending the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
4. Who we share it with
Your enquiry is seen only by the NYC Ventures team members who need it to reply. We use trusted service providers for website hosting, email and analytics, who process data on our behalf. We may also share data when the law requires it, for example on a valid request from a government authority.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
6. How we protect it
The website uses HTTPS encryption. Enquiries are stored in a protected location on our server that cannot be opened from the web, and access is limited to our team. No method of storage or transfer is fully secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.
7. Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits. If you send the enquiry form with JavaScript turned off, we set one short session cookie to show you the result of your submission. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
8. Your rights

- Stop using your data, by withdrawing consent
